Reviews and Ratings
My stay at The Cottage was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, but noise from the kitchen late afternoon and early morning disturbances from the kitchen staff preparing breakfast were a downside. The location was excellent for exploring the Wye Valley and beyond, with plenty to do close by, but the dining experience fell short with limited breakfast options.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with comfortable amenities, but some may find them a bit stuffy due to lack of proper ventilation. The staff goes above and beyond to cater to special dietary needs, and the surrounding countryside location is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The dining experience is exceptional with a good selection and made-to-order breakfast, while the facilities provide a cozy environment for relaxation.
